Now read the ingredients: water, skimmed milk powder, God knows how many aliases for sugar, fast forward to potato starch (WHY??), wheat flour, FOUR types of thickeners, stabilisers, two types of rasing agents (seriously??), emulsifier, acidity regulator, etc etc.
I thought I was buying food, not a chemistry set with some dodgy food like substances added.
And then they charge me more than $13 for 500ml of this garbage. Grrr..

Exceptionally good, but too pricey.
OMG this stuff is SOOO good!! I love the face that the label doesn't have all the nasties,however (sounds better than "but") it's just waaaay TOOO expensive! I bought it because I wanted to see what the hype was all about. That said, I can't see myself buying it unless ColesWorth has it on special.

I am not usually a fan of pistachio, but this gelato has changed my mind. There are generous ribbons of pistachio through it, and the ice cream is delicious. 10/10
